Understanding your feet first.
An orthotics appointment considers how you stand and move, your footwear and the activities that matter to you. An insole is one possible part of a plan, rather than a default purchase.
- Foot and lower-limb assessment
- Footwear and activity discussion
- Orthotic options and a review plan if suitable

How your care works.
Bring the shoes you wear most often. We assess movement, explain the findings and agree whether exercises, footwear changes, an orthotic or another next step makes sense.
We agree any follow-up with you. You can ask questions about treatment choices and costs before deciding.
Your questions, answered.
Do I always need custom orthotics?
No. Advice, footwear changes or a simpler insole may be enough. Your podiatrist explains options and costs before anything is ordered.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes that let us see your feet and lower legs. Bring your everyday shoes and any insoles you use.
