Understanding your feet first.
Diabetic foot checks look at skin, circulation, sensation and the way your feet are loading. We explain what we find and how you can care for your feet day to day.
- Skin, nail and footwear assessment
- Circulation and sensation screening
- Advice and a written next-step plan

How your care works.
Bring your usual shoes and a current medicines list. The podiatrist explains each check and discusses whether follow-up or onward referral is needed.
We agree any follow-up with you. You can ask questions about treatment choices and costs before deciding.
Your questions, answered.
Does this replace my NHS diabetes review?
No. Keep your routine diabetes care and NHS foot reviews. This is an additional private assessment, with findings you can share with your care team.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes that let us see your feet and lower legs. Bring your everyday shoes and any insoles you use.
